For most people it will take them a while to figure out which camera they are wanting and of course they want the best with the 10x zoom and gig of memory storage. For most people it’s a lot of looking and no buying you will see a circle of people at the newest camera and everyone sounding like zombies I want that I am going to buy that. Of course someone is going to say well that’s that and there is going to be something else new coming out so what is the point of buying it now. You can either buy what is hot now or just wait and get it for cheaper when the new models come out.

One of the biggest rules or factors to take in when getting a digital camera is to get the one that can get the most mega pixels. The more mega pixels the better the image is going to show up. LCD isn’t a must have but it is good to have a decent size screen so you can frame your shots good. This might also help out a lot when you are trying to edit when shooting or taking pictures.
Every digital camera that you buy will have zoom and optical zoom. A higher optical zoom will always be better then the biggest digital zoom. Digital cameras usually come with in between 3 xs to 10x optical zoom. You can find better.
When you are getting the camera be sure to get the right memory card for it. There are many different kinds that won’t fit or be compatible with your unit. There will only be maybe one type of card that is the same type as yours. If you take a lot of pictures and don’t delete a lot of them either then you might need upwards of a gig of storage.
The main thing to buying a new digital camera is to find the one with the best zoom the most mega pixels and the biggest LCD screen. Do not just get the one that says they have or make the best camera because that is wrong and will always be wrong. You wouldn’t want to buy the camera that said they are the best then get home and find out that it is the worst. You need to take your time when picking out the right camera they are expensive and should be picked out right the first time around. So just get the one with the most mega pixels, biggest LCD, and most storage space.
