Then there will be no need for water removal or danger of contamination.

One of the reasons for sewage back up is because of a hard object that occasionally gets flushed in the toilet whether intentionally or unintentionally. Upon doing this, there may still be some water that will flow to the floor. Put an absorbent material around the toilet to catch this littler water left. The water in this case may be contaminated if the sewage backed up into the toilet. Before doing all these procedures however, evaluate first if these are the best moves to do at this point.
